Our FARE Sports Programme is designed for anyone aged 16-24 who has a passion for sport and is interested in pursuing a career in the industry or progressing into further or higher education in this field.
The course offers a supportive environment to help participants overcome any barrier they may face, while developing skills, confidence, and the experience needed to move forward.

Sport-specific sessions delivered by experienced local coaches
Workshops from external organisations, including YouthScotland
SFA e-learning courses in child wellbeing and mental health in football
Practical experience through volunteering with FARE programmes or external organisations
Mock interviews with FARE Scotland to prepare for college or job opportunities
