Our customer service programme is open to anyone aged 16 and over with a Glasgow Post Code*, who is ready to take the next step toward employment. It is designed to help participants build essential employability skills and gain valuable experience in the world of work. 

This course focuses on personal development, boosting confidence, and enhancing the practical skills needed to thrive in the customer service sector.

    • Gain 3 SCQF-Accredited work related qualifications 

    • Industry-specific taster sessions 

    • Work placements in retail and hospitality sectors 

    • CV writing and interview preparation 

    • Guaranteed interviews with retail/hospitality employers 

    • Training allowance provided
