Attendance and Attainment: Youth Work and Family liason SUPPORT in Primary and secondary Schools

Unlocking potential.

At FARE Scotland, we believe every child and young person has the potential to succeed. By working alongside schools, families, and partner agencies, we provide early intervention, tailored support, and meaningful opportunities that help children and young people overcome barriers to learning and achievement.

Attendance & attainment.

We support children, young people, and families to overcome the challenges that can affect attendance, engagement, wellbeing, and achievement. Through trusted relationships and timely support, we help build confidence and create opportunities for children and young people to succeed.

When difficulties arise, whether at school, at home, or elsewhere in life, we work alongside young people and families to find solutions. Our aim is to help young people stay connected to learning, feel supported through challenges, and make progress in a way that is right for them.

We place a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing and recognise that success looks different for every young person. By working closely with schools, families, and partner organisations, we help create the conditions that allow children and young people to thrive.
