Attendance and Attainment: Youth Work in Schools

Unlocking potential.

Our dedicated team of youth workers and Family Liaison Officers (FLOs) work collaboratively with multi-agencies, schools, and communities to deliver non-formal learning opportunities that complement Curriculum for Excellence.

Attendance & training.

We support young people to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive – both in and beyond the classroom. Our work is the key to re-engaging with learning, overcoming barriers, and finding a path that works for children and young people.

We place a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing, attendance and attainment beyond exams, and collaborative working between schools and third sector partners.
